Full Moon Yoga on North Table Mountain
Join us for a magical evening of movement and connection atop North Table Mountain under the glow of the full moon. We’ll gather at the North Table Mountain Park West Trailhead at 6:00 PM and take a short, scenic hike up the fire road to our practice spot. As the sun sets behind the mountains, we’ll move through a 60-minute all-levels vinyasa flow, soaking in expansive views and the soft light of the rising full moon illuminating the sky. This class is open to everyone, regardless of experience. It is donation-based—pay what you can, whether that’s nothing or something generous. The intention is simply to share a unique and uplifting experience in nature with our community. Please come prepared: bring your own yoga mat and extra padding (such as a towel, blanket, or second mat), as the ground can be rocky and firm. Wear sturdy shoes for the hike, and bring plenty of water. A headlamp, lantern, or flashlight is also recommended for the hike back down after class, as it will be darker. For safety, all participants are required to sign a waiver in advance. By attending, you acknowledge that Heather, the instructor, is not liable for any injuries sustained during the hike or class.
