Hi, I'm Heather! I grew up soaking up the Florida sun, spending my time chasing waves and exploring the outdoors. After a car accident led me to the yoga mat as part of my recovery, I quickly discovered that yoga was more than just healing — it was a calling. I dove into my teacher training and never looked back.
After leaving Florida in search of where I truly belonged, I found my home in the Rocky Mountains, planting roots in Golden, CO, where the peaks and trails are home. I now bring my warm, grounded energy to students, guiding them through practices that are as much about connection as they are about movement.
